Vance&#8217;s remarks came amidst ongoing riots, where he <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >proposed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/d-c-mayor-congress-must-open-a-probe-into-security-failures-at-u-s-capitol\/\" title=\"D.C. In response, Bass countered that the violence had been minimal and managed locally, stating that the problems were contained to just a small area of the city.She also took issue with Vance&#8217;s misnaming of California Senator Alex Padilla, calling it disrespectful. Padilla later responded, stating that such incorrectness reflects the administration&#8217;s pettiness and lack of seriousness.
