The letter was described as incoherent and tough to comprehend, featuring unfounded allegations that the U.S. military had trained Boelter covertly.<\/p>\n<p>Amidst these alarming assertions,<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >law enforcement authorities<\/a> have stated that they found no factual basis for Boelter&#8217;s claims about Governor Walz. Tim Walz of ordering him to assassinate another Minnesota Democrat.<\/p>\n<p>The letter, according to two anonymous sources aware of its contents, said Walz wanted Boelter to kill Sen. Tina Smith as well.<\/p>\n<p>It also contained Boelter&rsquo;s alleged confession that he killed Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband, and shot Sen.
