about conversations with Hunter&rsquo;s counsel &ldquo;regarding an inquiry from a Washington Post reporter.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Oversight Project also showed a paragraph that instructed lawyers in the loop to make sure the &ldquo; be maintained in confidence by the Department of Justice,&rdquo; and that it be specially be &ldquo;marked &lsquo;FOIA Confidential Treatment Requested,&rdquo; to shield it from reporters&rsquo; requests for background documents.<\/p>\n<p>This is not surprising, considering the timeline of events surrounding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fbi-analyst-vetted-steele-dossier-dismissed-evidence-hunter-biden-russian-disinformation-gets-brutal-news-bureau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hunter&rsquo;s<\/a> sham prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>In one of several follow-up <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ItsYourGov\/status\/1936065556186116193\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posts<\/a> commenting on the findings, the Oversight Project commented, &ldquo;Overall, these docs show the relationship between Hunter and David [Weiss&rsquo;] prosecution team was more cooperative than adversarial.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In an effort to perhaps appear fair during the persecution of President Donald Trump, then-Attorney General Merrick Garland <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/merrick-garland-announces-special-counsel-appointed-hunter-biden-probe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">appointed<\/a> a special counsel to look into charges against Hunter Biden, which included lying about his drug use on a legal form to purchase a gun, along with tax evasion. That&rsquo;s not even counting his &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-take-immediate-action-51-intel-officials-called-hunter-bidens-laptop-russian-disinformation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">laptop from hell<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Prior to November&rsquo;s election, Hunter was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-james-biden-referred-criminal-prosecution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">referred<\/a> for criminal prosecution. Then, after being offered a &ldquo;sweetheart deal&rdquo; amounting to a slap on the wrist, Hunter was forced to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-biden-changes-plea-original-sweetheart-deal-falls-apart-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> change his plea<\/a> after a judge grew wise to the game that the government was playing and called it off.<\/p>\n<p>To almost no one&rsquo;s surprise, and despite various declarations that &ldquo;nobody is above the law,&rdquo; Biden signed a suspiciously specific pardon for his son with his last political breath.<\/p>\n<p>That pardon, and several others, are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bidens-last-minute-pardons-now-federal-investigation-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">now under investigation<\/a> by the Trump Justice Department for potentially being issued with an autopen, which could result in them being declared null and void.<\/p>\n<p>Reports are beginning to surface claiming that Hunter may have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/appears-like-hunter-biden-pardoned-breakdown\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pardoned<\/a> himself.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from the forfeiture of his law license, he hasn&rsquo;t exactly suffered serious consequences for his nefarious behavior.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, evidence released by the State Department regarding his dealings with Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings shows how he potentially sold access to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/this-is-what-led-the-fbi-to-seek-a-search-warrant-on-trumps-mar-a-lago-home\/\" title=\"This Is What Led the FBI to Seek a Search Warrant on Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago Home\">sensitive government material<\/a> and traded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/burisma-bombshell-just-released-letters-show-exactly-hunter-biden-used-white-house-connections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">White House<\/a> access in exchange for millions of dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Given this tangled web of lies, corruption, and deceit, it should not shock anyone that attorneys with Biden&rsquo;s Justice Department, who swore to uphold the law, appear to have been running interference for Hunter in any way they could.<\/p>\n<p>These individuals did, however, take an oath to the people of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>And if there was coordination that violated federal law, the new Department of Justice should prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.<\/p>\n<p>The far left likes to organize &ldquo;No Kings&rdquo; day, and calls Trump a dictator.
