(Because clearly, police officers and agents being pelted by rocks and blocks of concrete as cars burn is not a breakdown in civil order.)<\/p>\n<p>This new order blocks a previous order by former President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trumps-unrelenting-address-congress-shatters-record-held-bill-clinton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bill Clinton<\/a> appointee U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer, who sided with Newsom and said Trump ignored a provision that Guard mobilization must go &ldquo;through the governor.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In predictable Trump fashion, the president took to  late Thursday night to celebrate and congratulate the court.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Donald J. The Judges obviously realized that Gavin Newscum is incompetent and ill prepared, but this is much bigger than Gavin, because all over the United States, if our Cities, and our people, need protection, we are the ones to give it to them should State and Local Police be unable, for whatever reason, to get the job done,&rdquo; the president wrote<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is a Great Decision for our Country, and we will continue to protect and defend Law abiding Americans,&rdquo; Trump added before addressing the court directly.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Congratulations to the Ninth Circuit, America is proud of you tonight!&rdquo; the president said, happily concluding his remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, this news put <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/report-la-burned-newsom-attended-luxury-wine-tasting-event\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newsom<\/a> in his place.<\/p>\n<p>If the governor had any presidential ambitions &mdash; it shows how poorly the Democratic Party is doing if this individual is even in the conversation &mdash; the Los Angeles riots provide Americans a sample of how his leadership would look on a national level.<\/p>\n<p>Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/la-mayor-karen-bass-now-realizing-riots-citys-world-cup-dreams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Karen Bass<\/a> are just not cut out for handling this degree of chaos and disorder.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, it shows where his priorities are: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-republicans-biden-protecting-illegal-aliens-who-overstayed-visas-with-sanctuary-country-orders\/\" title=\"House Republicans: Biden Protecting Illegal Aliens Who Overstayed Visas with &#039;Sanctuary Country&#039; Orders\">protecting illegal aliens<\/a> and rioters disrupting peace in his state &mdash; allowing looting, burning, and destruction of the city &mdash; rather than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/california-sheriffs-tell-newsom-they-wont-enforce-covid-curfew\/\" title=\"California Sheriffs Tell ...
