The Tennessee Star,alongside other plaintiffs,sued the FBI after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/chicago-prosecutors-will-try-to-block-trumps-1-million-tax-refund\/\" title=\"Chicago Prosecutors Will Try To Block Trump\u2019s  Million Tax Refund\">agency denied<\/a> access to Hale&#8217;s writings during the Biden administration. As part of the settlement,the FBI will pay $86,000 in legal fees and had previously released 120 pages of hale&#8217;s writings.This case is viewed as a significant victory for government clarity and holds implications for journalistic accountability.
