The email, which identified Dalzell as the sender, referred to the deadly shootings of former Minnesota state Rep. He said he raised concerns to federally elected public officials about getting the money, but those complaints were ignored.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint noted that Dalzell indicated two officers told him the public officials would not aid him in his efforts, and he was told he was close to going to jail.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Dalzell blamed J.P., among others, for lying to him,&rdquo; the complaint said.<\/p>\n<p>In the email, Dalzell also allegedly wrote that he was &ldquo;Just sitting here wondering what a law maker and a representative were shot and one dead over in Minnesota and one thing comes to mind, something like that doesn&rsquo;t fall out of the sky now does it &hellip; I&rsquo;m most certainly not making threats but when <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >law makers make laws<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/how-much-is-washington-overspending-depends-on-who-you-ask-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"How much is Washington overspending? Depends on who you ask - Washington Examiner\">state doesn&#038;rsquo<\/a>;t follow the laws they created it would probably piss some people off right.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I don&rsquo;t know the specifics in this Minnesota case, but a representative and a lawmaker were shot and one of them is dead and all of you mentioned above are basically avoiding your responsibility and that is creating some bad situations,&rdquo; the email said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;m done with you ignoring me, I&rsquo;m done with the threats of jail and charges &hellip; this had god dam better get fixed Monday morning which is tomorrow because I want to avoid anymore problems and don&rsquo;t want North Dakota to end up like Minnesota and no that is not a threat [J.P.] it&rsquo;s a fact and a statement,&rdquo; the email added, according the complaint.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/senate\/3442934\/amy-klobuchar-minnesota-shootings-tone-down-hateful-rhetoric\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong>KLOBUCHAR URGES COLLEAGUES TO TONE DOWN &lsquo;HATEFUL RHETORIC&rsquo; AFTER LAWMAKER SHOOTINGS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hortman and her husband, Mark Hortman, were fatally shot in their suburban Minnesota home Sunday. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/crime\/3442861\/what-to-know-about-vance-boelter-suspected-assassin-minnesota\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">shooting suspect<\/a>, who is now in custody, additionally opened fire upon state Sen.
