This is what I tell my supporters. If I am the deciding vote, they&rsquo;ll negotiate. If I&rsquo;m not, they won&rsquo;t.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;So far they&rsquo;ve been sending their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/girl-gets-1000-stitches-severe-dog-attack-friends-house-wont-able-smile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">attack dogs<\/a> after me, and that&rsquo;s not a great persuasion technique. Lindsey Graham, who chairs the Senate Budget Committee, wasn&rsquo;t so sure about that.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Maybe we can find some savings there, but Sen.
