The court set a hearing for Thursday, after the federal government and the state file additional briefs, and we anticipate the court will rule on the request for a TRO a short time later,&rdquo; the representative told The Hill.<\/p>\n<p>In a post on the social media platform X announcing his &ldquo;emergency motion,&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/video-newsom-illegals-burn-la-remember-sent-armed-enforcers-christians-didnt-mask-2-year-olds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newsom<\/a> accused Trump of &ldquo;turning the military against American citizens.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I just filed an emergency motion in court to immediately block the ongoing and unnecessary militarization of Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>The federal government is turning the military against American citizens.
