McIver also used each of her forearms to forcibly strike a second officer.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>On the first two counts of forcible impeding and interfering, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/kristi-noem-says-house-democrats-committed-felonies-ice-detention-facility-must-punished\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">McIver<\/a> faces a maximum prison sentence of 16 years.
