the New York Post&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/06\/10\/us-news\/113-house-democrats-vote-against-gop-resolution-denouncing-the-antisemitic-terrorist-attack-in-boulder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2 d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1910475112\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1463670073398-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The resolution was submitted by Colorado&rsquo;s Rep. It condemned &ldquo;the rise in ideologically motivated attacks on Jewish individuals&rdquo; but did not mention illegal immigration or the fact that Soliman was an illegal Egyptian national.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, it focused on urging people &ldquo;to speak out against antisemitism and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/anderson-cooper-other-networks-are-promoting-second-u-s-civil-war\/\" title=\"Anderson Cooper: \u2018Other Networks\u2019 Are \u2018Promoting\u2019 Second U.S. Civil War\">politically motivated violence<\/a> in all forms.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Neguse claimed Evans&rsquo; resolution was not empathetic enough to the victims of the attack and that it contained&nbsp;&ldquo;inaccuracies&rdquo; during Monday&rsquo;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/program\/us-house-of-representatives\/house-session-part-2\/661014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hearing<\/a>. But the purpose of Evans&rsquo; resolution is to &ldquo;focus a component of the dialogue&rdquo; on &ldquo;public safety&rdquo; related to sanctuary policies and illegal immigration, Evans said during the hearing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;m focused on making sure that we have a conversation around how do we prevent this from happening again,&rdquo; Evans said. &ldquo;Colorado&rsquo;s refusal to allow law enforcement to share basic information with federal immigration authorities highlights the danger of these [sanctuary] policies, and it&rsquo;s a contributing factor to the rise in crime rates, which are impacting the lives and the safety of all Coloradians,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;People who are good human beings in this country &hellip; would be alive if we didn&rsquo;t have an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/black-americans-disappointed-by-democrats-for-decades-considering-trump\/\" title=\"Black Americans, disappointed by Democrats for decades, considering Trump\">open-door border policy<\/a>. That&rsquo;s the simple truth,&rdquo; Rep.
