The incident had previously caused embarrassment for the country, as the 5,000-ton vessel became unbalanced and flipped over. speculation surrounds the potential involvement of large balloons that were spotted near the destroyer during its recovery. While experts suggest that cranes primarily facilitated the refloating, the balloons may have played a role in keeping the ship stable or concealing it from aerial observation. Reports indicate around 40 balloons, each approximately 20 feet wide, were utilized, though their exact purpose remains uncertain. Despite suggestions that the balloons were used to alleviate stress on the ship or prevent further flooding, analysts warn that relying on such methods could risk causing additional damage. North Korean media has not addressed the use of balloons in its coverage of the incident, although kim Jong Un has committed to repairing the destroyer by the end of June.

North Korea has successfully refloated the brand-new destroyer that humiliatingly capsized during launch in May, possibly with the help of a bunch of strange giant balloons that were seen flying around it.

Last month, North Korea faced national embarrassment after the brand-new destroyer weighing 5,000 tons became unbalanced and overturned when shipyard officials tried to launch it sideways.

The Destroyer that North Korea tried to threaten the U.S. with Capsized! This incident may have been aided by a group of unusual large balloons observed nearby. The 5,000-ton destroyer tipped over when shipyard workers attempted to launch it sideways, leading to national humiliation for North Korea. Recently, they redeemed themselves by successfully refloating the vessel, potentially with assistance from the aforementioned balloons. However, experts suggest that while the balloons might not have played a major role in righting the ship-cranes were likely primarily responsible-they could have helped keep it afloat or obscured aerial views. Speculation surrounds their purpose; some analysts believe they were used to prevent further flooding rather than assist in refloating the destroyer. Concerns remain that relying on these large balloons could cause additional damage due to stress on the ship’s structure as it is lifted or kept afloat.
