Still, some members like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/chris-van-hollen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Sen. Which, by the way, is going to result in him being incarcerated for a longer period of time,&rdquo; Fitzgerald explained. &ldquo;Actually I hope that after he&rsquo;s done serving that time we immediately deport him again . . .&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>While in El Salvador, Abrego Garcia served some time in the country&rsquo;s terrorism confinement center, Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo, referred to as the&nbsp;CECOT. Attorney General Pam Bondi claimed there is more evidence that Abrego Garcia &ldquo;played a significant role in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-confident-about-very-easy-case-against-abrego-garcia-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Trump confident about \u2018very easy\u2019 case against ... - Washington Examiner\">alien smuggling ring<\/a>.&rdquo; This is Abrego Garcia&rsquo;s first criminal charge in the U.S.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ICE officials&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3351491\/venezuelan-migrants-deported-alien-enemies-act\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">confirmed<\/a>&nbsp;that the immigrants deported along with Abrego Garcia fell under Code Title 8, which allows federal authorities to quickly remove certain migrants who cross into the country illegally.
