Jackson <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/opinions\/24pdf\/24a1063_6j37.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Liberal Justices Sonya Sotomayor and Elena Kagan also dissented. Sotomayor joined Jackson&rsquo;s opinion.
