When the OBBB comes back to the House for approval after Senate changes, I will not vote for it with this in it.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We should be reducing federal power and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mtg-regrets-voting-for-big-beautiful-bill-after-learning-of-ai-provision-over-a-week-later\/\" title=\"MTG regrets voting for \u2018..., beautiful ...\u2019 after learning of ... provision over a week later\">preserving state power<\/a>. Especially with rapidly developing AI that even the experts warn they have no idea what it may be capable of.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The artificial intelligence issue, even before Greene&rsquo;s epiphany, had already been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/critical-ai-component-big-beautiful-bill-lawmakers-split\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a source of consternation<\/a>&nbsp;on Capitol Hill, with the very concern laid out by the Georgia congresswoman being the root cause of the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Greene&rsquo;s blistering critique of the &ldquo;Big Beautiful Bill&rdquo; likely didn&rsquo;t get much press at first because it came around the same time as perhaps the most infamous rant directed at the Congressional spending bill.<\/p>\n<p>Former Department of Government Efficiency head Elon Musk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/elon-musk-unleashes-big-beautiful-bill-just-cant-stand-anymore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">also took to X<\/a> Tuesday (about 30 minutes after Greene, according to X&rsquo;s time stamps) to lambaste the &ldquo;Big Beautiful Bill,&rdquo; and he wasn&rsquo;t nearly as diplomatic as the Georgia congresswoman was.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I&rsquo;m sorry, but I just can&rsquo;t stand it anymore.<\/p>\n<p>This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination.<\/p>\n<p>Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong.
