The attorney general evaded the question by saying the family &ldquo;may&rdquo; or &ldquo;may not&rdquo; have a claim for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/asylum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">asylum<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Weiser then credited &ldquo;our Colorado system&rdquo; for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kktv.com\/2025\/06\/04\/suspect-boulder-attack-was-denied-handgun-permit-el-paso-county-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">preventing Soliman from buying a firearm<\/a>.
