was nothing more than a thief and a liar who conned his vulnerable clients out of millions of dollars,&rdquo; Bilal Essayli, U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, said in a statement, according to NBC.<\/p>\n<p>Girardi is the estranged husband of Erika Jayne, one of the stars of the Bravo series &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/real-housewives-show-cans-black-star-comments-trump-maga-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>According to prosecutors, Girardi diverted more than $25 million from his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wis-voter-id-loophole-raises-renewed-concerns\/\" title=\"WI&#039;s Voter ID &#039;Loophole&#039; Raises Renewed Concerns\">law firm&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s operating expenses to a company called EJ Global, which was formed around Jayne&rsquo;s career, NBC reported.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The money was spent on luxury cars, private jet travel, jewelry and exclusive clubs, according to prosecutors,&rdquo;
