Jones was convicted of conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We&rsquo;d like Donald Trump to reinstate every pardon application that Joe Biden did not review, because he only reviewed, clearly, his family&rsquo;s,&rdquo; Jackson said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is the path to the Nobel Peace Prize,&rdquo; Jackson added. &ldquo;How many people can you help without Congress, without the courts? These people will be forever grateful to him.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In an Op-Ed the five men wrote that was published by <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/opinion\/criminal-justice\/5325492-with-new-questions-about-his-acuity-bidens-pardon-choices-should-be-revisited\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hill<\/a>, &nbsp;they hammered away at Biden&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-biden-pardons-fauci-milley-effort-guard-potential-revenge-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pardons<\/a> of his family members and his mental state as Biden&rsquo;s presidency drew to a close.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Biden&rsquo;s pardons of close associates and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-senate-hopeful-eric-hovde-questions-fitness-of-nursing-home-patients-to-vote\/\" title=\"Eric Hovde, a Republican Senate candidate, raises concerns about the eligibility of nursing home residents to vote\">family members raised<\/a> serious ethical and legal concerns, particularly when others in similar situations were denied pardons,&rdquo; theywrote.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The issue at hand was not about his legal right to grant pardons, but whether his cognitive condition affected the integrity of such decisions,&rdquo; they wrote.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Reports citing Biden&rsquo;s struggles with memory lapses, confusion during public engagements, and limited unscripted interactions have led to growing skepticism about his ability to make impartial, well-reasoned choices.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If his cognitive decline influenced these pardons, then others denied pardons on similar grounds deserve reconsideration,&rdquo; they continued.<\/p>\n<p>The five men said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-issues-genuinely-shocking-message-joe-biden-extremely-kind-furious-handlers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biden<\/a> &ldquo;denied pardons to many nonviolent drug offenders and individuals who had applied for pardons citing unjust sentencing. And at the same time, relatives of the president, whose <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >cases raised potential conflicts<\/a> of interest, were granted pardons.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If Biden&rsquo;s mental capacity is in question, Congress should consider requiring competency reviews for presidential pardon decisions,&rdquo; the men wrote, adding that &ldquo;pardons must be given fairly, justly, free of undue influence.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If Biden&rsquo;s family and associates benefited from a decision process that did not include his full understanding or consent, justice demands that others denied pardons receive reconsideration.
