John Cornyn of Texas and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/erickson-gop-move-just-hand-senate-democrats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eric Schmitt<\/a> of Missouri holding a hearing into his mental decline and the potential cover-up in the Senate starting next month, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/05\/30\/us-news\/sen-josh-hawley-claims-secret-service-whistleblower-told-him-biden-would-get-lost-in-his-closet-at-the-white-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hawley&rsquo;s whistleblowers, should they testify, would be bombshell eyewitnesses to the decline and fall of Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>During the interview, Hawley said that he came across the Secret Service agents during an investigation into the assassination attempts against then-candidate Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This Secret Service whistleblower actually was assigned to Biden,&rdquo; Hawley, also a Missouri Republican, told Hannity.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He told me that Biden used to get lost in his closet in the mornings at the White House.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<div class=\"firefly-embed\"> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Biden couldn't find his way out of his closet, Sen. We were lied to.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s questionable what extent of those lies will be confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt and which are actionable. However, one specific area where this becomes problematic is if the overwhelming balance of the evidence shows Biden was not in a state to consider weighty matters that were signed with the autopen &mdash; in particular, the pardon of his own son, a precedent-setting move that Biden himself swore would never happen.<\/p>\n<p>Some have argued that the increased presence of Hunter Biden in what Tapper and Thompson term &ldquo;the politburo&rdquo; &mdash; the cabal of individuals who surrounded Biden and protected him from the White House, the larger Democratic apparatus, the press, and the American people &mdash; means that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/appears-like-hunter-biden-pardoned-breakdown\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">he essentially pardoned <em>himself<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Even if he didn&rsquo;t, the pardon power is specifically vested in the executive by the Constitution; to the extent that the executive&nbsp;<em>himself<\/em> wasn&rsquo;t making these pardons or commutations, that sets up a constitutional crisis about the validity of them that, arguably, Biden could end up on the losing side of.<\/p>\n<p>Not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/george-clooney-shaken-core-behind-scenes-interaction-joe-biden-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">that he&rsquo;d know<\/a>, if he can&rsquo;t find his way out of his own closet.
