He described Biden as a historically moderate figure who has <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >made left-leaning moves<\/a> that he would not typically support. Trump&#8217;s remarks also touched on allegations prompting an investigation by the House Oversight Committee into how the autopen was used. While he showed some sympathy for jill Biden&#8217;s situation, he primarily focused on questioning Biden&#8217;s decisions during his presidency and stated that if such incidents occurred under his administration, he would be immediately aware of them. Trump said. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He&rsquo;s been a sort of a moderate person over his life, and a smart person, but somewhat vicious person, I will say, if you feel sorry for him, don&rsquo;t feel so sorry because he&rsquo;s vicious,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Those allegations have now led to an investigation by the House Oversight Committee into who had access to the autopen and whether it was used without the former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-taking-regeneron-drug-remdesivir-therapy-for-coronavirus-diagnosis-ex-wh-doctor-explains\/\" title=\"Trump taking Regeneron drug, Remdesivir therapy for coronavirus diagnosis: ex-WH doctor explains\">president&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s full knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Even though Friday&rsquo;s press conference was intended to be a farewell for Department of Government Efficiency head Elon Musk, the Biden administration came up as well. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Do you think that [former first lady] Dr. Jill Biden should also have to come in and testify about what she did or didn&rsquo;t do?&rdquo; Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked.<\/p>\n<p>Trump expressed a measure of sympathy for Jill Biden, saying that her husband was facing many problems toward the end of his presidency, but then turned the subject back to the autopen.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You have somebody operating it, or a number of people operating it,&rdquo; the president said. &ldquo;I knew Joe Biden.
