a White House representative said.<\/p>\n<p>FBI Director <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/kash-patel-breaks-major-news-fbi-hq-fox-interview-didnt-know-going\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kash Patel<\/a> said his agency is investigating the alleged hack.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The FBI takes all threats against the President, his staff, and our cybersecurity with the utmost seriousness; safeguarding our administration officials&rsquo; ability to securely communicate to accomplish the President&rsquo;s mission is a top priority,&rdquo; he said in a statement, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/fbi-probes-effort-to-impersonate-white-house-chief-of-staff-susie-wiles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, the FBI warned of &ldquo;an ongoing malicious text and voice messaging campaign&rdquo; that began in April when someone &ldquo;impersonated senior U.S. officials to target individuals, many of whom are current or former senior U.S. federal or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/grassley-iowa-cant-afford-to-be-babysitting-unaccompanied-minors\/\" title=\"Grassley: Iowa can\u2019t afford to be \u2018babysitting\u2019 unaccompanied minors\">state government officials<\/a> and their contacts,&rdquo;
