He was found dead in his cell, and although the official <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/father-epstein-accuser-virginia-giuffre-breaks-silence-daughters-death-somebody-got\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cause of death<\/a> was suicide, the circumstances led many to speculate that he had been murdered.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;m just telling you what we see in the file. I just want to be crystal clear on this: I am not asking anyone to believe me. There is nothing,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If you have it, I&rsquo;m happy to see it. There&rsquo;s video, clear as day. He&rsquo;s the only person in there and the only person coming out. You can see it,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Bongino and FBI Director Kash Patel said the preponderance of evidence supports suicide as the cause of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/patel-bongino-confirm-unthinkable-epstein-killed-know-suicide-see-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Epstein&rsquo;s death<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Listen, they have a right to their opinion,&rdquo; Patel said of those favoring a conspiracy theory for Epstein&rsquo;s death, according to a video posted to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/video\/6373031491112\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As someone who has worked as a public defender, as a prosecutor, who&rsquo;s been in that prison system, who&rsquo;s been in the Metropolitan Detention Center, who&rsquo;s been in segregated housing, you know a suicide when you see one, and that&rsquo;s what that was.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-dan-bongino-gets-choked-responds-appointed-key-fbi-role\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bongino<\/a> indicated that he had no doubts.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He killed himself,&rdquo; Bongino said. &ldquo;I have seen the whole file.
