The first case involves the investigation of the leak of the Supreme Court ruling in *Dobbs v.Jackson Women&#8217;s Health Institution*,which overturned *Roe v. Wade*. The Supreme Court had previously conducted its own investigation but did not identify the source of the leak.<\/p>\n<p>The second case concerns cocaine that was discovered at the White House during the Fourth of July holiday in 2023. Initially, the Secret Service closed its investigation due to an inability to identify a suspect. Lastly, the FBI will also look into a case involving two pipe bombs placed outside the Democratic and Republican National Committee offices in Washington, D.C., one day before the January 6 Capitol riot.Law enforcement has not yet identified the individual responsible for placing the bombs. Jackson Women&rsquo;s Health Organization<\/em> decision more than a month before it was released. The Supreme Court&rsquo;s investigative body <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/healthcare\/1317621\/supreme-court-leak-investigation-closes-in-on-at-least-one-law-clerk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">looked into the matter<\/a> then but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/2986986\/how-supreme-court-weathered-dobbs-leak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">did not determine<\/a> who shared the opinion.<\/p>\n<p>In a second case, the agency will investigate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/3111575\/secret-service-denies-white-house-cocaine-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">cocaine that was found<\/a> at the Biden White House over the Fourth of July holiday in 2023. The Secret Service closed the case less than two weeks later after the agency said it could not find a suspect.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/courts\/timeline-supreme-court-leak-justices-roe-mystery-solved\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TIMELINE OF A LEAK: SUPREME COURT JUSTICES THINK ROE MYSTERY COULD BE SOLVED SOON<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The third case stems from two explosive devices placed outside the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee offices in Washington, D.C., in 2021, one day before the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
