the Common Sense Institute, a think tank,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commonsenseinstituteus.org\/colorado\/research\/jobs-and-our-economy\/colorado-jobs-and-labor-force-update--april-2025-update\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said in an analysis<\/a>&nbsp;of the state&rsquo;s data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Historically, Colorado&rsquo;s unemployment level has usually sat below the national average,&rdquo;
