Judge Allison Burroughs acknowledged that Harvard demonstrated it would face immediate and irreparable harm if the order were not issued. The ruling aims to maintain the current situation while further legal proceedings take place. The DHS had announced it would revoke Harvard&#8217;s certification for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program over concerns related to antisemitism and diversity policies.
