these positions &lsquo;out&rsquo; to &lsquo;ensure that our people get a chance to grow their business,&rsquo;&rdquo; the letter continued.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Considering these remarks, I have authorized an investigation to determine whether the City of Chicago is engaged in a pattern or practice of discrimination as set forth above.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If these kind of hiring decisions are being made for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/tuberville-blasts-biden-would-rather-burn-down-the-senate-than-negotiate-on-military-abortion-policy\/\" title=\"Tuberville slams Biden: Prefers Senate destruction over military abortion policy talks.\">top-level positions<\/a> in your administration, then it begs the question whether such decisions are also being made for lower-level positions.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The mayor&rsquo;s office issued a statement saying, Johnson &ldquo;is proud to have the most diverse administration in the history of our city,&rdquo;
