He contends that these judges should not have the power to make decisions akin to presidential authority and argues that the judicial system has deteriorated in understanding the separation of powers. As the Supreme Court considers whether a single judge can impose a nationwide injunction against executive orders, Lee points out that this judicial interference hampers Trump&#8217;s ability to enact his policies. Sides with Republicans in Key Redistricting Case\">-judge district court<\/a> to oversee rulings against the executive branch.<\/p>\n<p>The senator explained that most judges ruling against Trump are aware that their rulings will not be held up once they are litigated in court. However, the key problem in these judicial rulings is how they are slowing the process of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/executive-orders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">executive orders<\/a>, essentially withholding from Trump &ldquo;a substantial portion of his presidency.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Lee noted that the Supreme Court typically seeks to resolve all of its cases before the end of June, meaning it is likely the court will decide on Thursday&rsquo;s arguments within the next six weeks.
