Dan Goldman of New York questioned Noem about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/dhs-reveals-disturbing-new-discovery-kilmar-abrego-garcias-past-country-safer-gone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kilmar Abrego Garcia<\/a>, a Salvadoran man whom authorities in President Donald Trump&rsquo;s administration have portrayed as a &ldquo;violent thug&rdquo; and gang member.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/democrats-make-ridiculous-demand-abrego-garcia-crusade-hits-brick-wall-el-salvador\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rallied<\/a> around Abrego Garcia&rsquo;s cause, proclaiming that he was denied due process, even though Attorney General <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/el-salvador-president-slams-cnns-kaitlan-collins-preposterous-question-says-not-returning-deported-ms-13-suspect\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pam Bondi<\/a> said two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-who-blocked-the-dods-trans-policy-donated-to-dems\/\" title=\"Judge Who Blocked The DOD&#039;s &#039;Trans&#039; Goldman snapped. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m advocating for a court order, Madam Secretary.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Goldman was referring to a U.S. district judge&rsquo;s order directing the Trump administration to &ldquo;facilitate and effectuate the return&rdquo; of Abrego Garica to the U.S.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>However, a later Supreme Court ruling indicated the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/government-unions-have-been-stealing-money-for-years-now-scotus-has-the-chance-to-intervene\/\" title=\"Government Unions Have Been Stealing Money For Years \u2014 Now, SCOTUS Has The Chance To Intervene\">lower court judge<\/a> may have exceeded her authority in making that order.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The court order says that you must take steps to follow the court order,&rdquo; Goldman said, again talking over Noem. &ldquo;You are here under oath.
