That&rsquo;s what this individual was doing. She is expected to challenge the indictment at a May 15 hearing. Her attorney told the press that Dugan &ldquo;wholeheartedly rejects and protests her arrest.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, the illegal immigrant Dugan was accused of aiding in avoiding the authorities, was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/immigration\/3392539\/protests-courthouse-fbi-judge-arrested-protecting-illegal-immigrant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">chased down by federal agents <\/a>after leaving a courthouse with Dugan&rsquo;s help last month.
