Gov. Ducey urges Biden admin. to declare crisis at southern border\">immigration detention center<\/a>. The <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >warning emphasized adherence<\/a> too professional conduct rules and cautioned against compromising an ongoing examination. This came after Habba publicly accused Baraka of disregarding the law prior to his arrest. During a hearing, Magistrate Espinosa steadfast that Baraka posed no flight risk and was not a danger to the community. Espinosa warned officials in the Trump administration against making statements about Baraka outside of court. Espinosa said he would &ldquo;caution them to heed carefully to the rules of professional conduct&rdquo; and make note of the &ldquo;boundaries of propriety for public comment related to an ongoing investigation and\/or prosecution.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Earlier that day, Habba posted on social media that the mayor had &ldquo;willingly chosen to disregard the law&rdquo; and that he &ldquo;committed trespass&rdquo; before his arrest. Habba was a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-suffers-big-legal-blow-as-his-top-lawyer-asks-to-depart-from-case\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden&#039;s lead lawyer seeks to withdraw from his case, dealing a significant legal setback.\">longtime personal attorney<\/a> to President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing, Espinosa also determined Baraka was not at risk of fleeing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/in_focus\/3319437\/new-jersey-2025-election-swing-state\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong>THE NEXT SWING STATE?
