The Standard &amp; Poors and Nasdaq exchanges were up 3 percent and 4 percent, respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the deal, the United States and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/art-deal-trump-defeats-china-communists-agree-terms-just-2-days-meeting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">China<\/a> will each lower the current tariff rate on each other&rsquo;s imports by 115 percent.
