An MRI revealed he had a brain tumor diagnosed as glioblastoma, a type of malignant brain tumor known for its aggressive nature and poor prognosis, typically leading to a life expectancy of around four months without treatment. Fortunately, Bolton underwent accomplished surgery to remove the tumor, along with subsequent radiation and chemotherapy. He&rsquo;s super athletic, and he doesn&rsquo;t drink,&rdquo; Taryn said. &ldquo;So he fell, and we were like, &lsquo;What just happened?&rsquo;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>It wasn&rsquo;t the only time Bolton had had balance issues. Also that November, he&rsquo;d suffered nausea and balance problems during a performance at a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/prince-harry-deeply-embarrassed-scandal-rocking-african-charity-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">charity<\/a> event.<\/p>\n<p>At first, they&rsquo;d chalked it up to a busy, stressful schedule of traveling and performing.<\/p>\n<p>But after the experience at the bowling alley was followed by a bad headache, they got him to a hospital, where the singer had an MRI that yielded a grim diagnosis: It was a brain tumor.<\/p>\n<p>Doctors operated to remove the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/snl-veteran-diagnosed-inoperable-tumor-given-years-live\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tumor<\/a> and came back with even more disturbing news: It was glioblastoma, which has a grim prognosis, according to the Mayo Clinic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/diseases-conditions\/glioblastoma\/symptoms-causes\/syc-20569077#:~:text=It%20can%20form%20in%20the,can%20happen%20at%20any%20age.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;There&rsquo;s no cure for glioblastoma,&rdquo; the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/proposed-bill-would-give-n-y-gov-power-to-detain-citizens-deemed-a-public-health-hazard\/\" title=\"Proposed bill would give N.Y. It said left untreated, patients with glioblastoma have a life expectancy of about four months.<\/p>\n<p>Those who seek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/stephanopoulos-muir-pay-price-past-treatment-trump-abc-sidelines-primetime-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">treatment<\/a> usually live for about 12 to 15 months, the site said &mdash; meaning Bolton has already beaten the odds.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the reason for the success is that doctors were able to remove the whole tumor during his surgery, according to People.
