Father Kevin Gallagher of St. Teresa Calcutta Church said. &ldquo;He went in and set an explosive device on the altar, and then lit it and ran off.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Police do not know why the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/church-vandalized-pro-abortion-graffiti-upset\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">church<\/a> was targeted.<\/p>\n<p>According to Gallagher, security video from the night before the incident showed a man appearing to scope out the chapel.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You feel violated, but the most important thing is that no one was hurt, and that&rsquo;s the most thing because there is a lot of elderly people that come during the night, and they spend a lot of time in the adoration chapel, and you know, you worry about their safety and stuff,&rdquo; Gallagher said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We have so many parishioners that are they&rsquo;re in awe over this.
