She said at one point during that interview, &lsquo;I&rsquo;m not a doctor, I couldn&rsquo;t provide the proper prognosis.&rsquo; You don&rsquo;t need to be a doctor,&rdquo; Concha said on Fox News&rsquo;s <em>Hannity<\/em> Monday. &ldquo;You simply needed eyesight, hearing, sanity, and sobriety to listen to Joe talk about conversations that he&rsquo;s had with world leaders who have literally been dead for decades. But maybe she could have been more forthcoming. Instead she insists that everything she witnessed was hunky dory and that&rsquo;s why &lsquo;Peppermint Patty&rsquo; is totally discredited and working at a totally discredited network otherwise known as MSNBC, that even now she can&rsquo;t admit that,&rdquo; Concha said. &ldquo;She covered it up, and she knows it.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3400361\/psaki-pushes-back-cover-up-biden-mental-decline\/\"><strong>PSAKI PUSHES BACK ON IDEA OF &lsquo;COVER-UP&rsquo; FOR BIDEN&rsquo;S MENTAL DECLINE: &lsquo;AGING HAPPENS QUICKLY&rsquo;<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Psaki denied that Biden was ever caught sleeping in his office between 2019 and 2022.
