He uses instruments, and there have been a lot of people behind the scenes who have done a great work, so I wanted you to be able to hear that directly from me,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>In the post, Gorka said 47 &ldquo;hostages&rdquo; have been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ballerina-freed-russian-prison-sends-heartfelt-message-trump-immediately-returning-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">freed<\/a> by Trump. He said Holden had not seen his youngest daughter since she was a baby.<\/p>\n<p>According to Fox News, Holden was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/freed-hamas-hostage-joins-potus-stage-powerful-message-president-trump-saved-life\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arrested<\/a> in November 2022 while he worked at Camp Arifjan, an Army base in Kuwait, for Vectrus, a U.S.-based contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Holden has alleged he was arrested on allegations he had illegal drugs, which he says he did not possess.<\/p>\n<p>He later signed a confession after his wife and then-3-year-old daughter were threatened and he was beaten.<\/p>\n<p>The family alleged Holden&rsquo;s trial was rigged, and he was sentenced to five years in prison even after officials determined his confession was coerced.<\/p>\n<p>Holden was among 10 Americans released Wednesday by Kuwait, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/kuwait-detainees-released-us-state-department-fc35eb4fb08f8e18e0d7b0c5991cd191\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Associated Press<\/a>. That brings the total of Americans freed by Kuwait to 23 in the first few months of the Trump administration.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/afghanistan-hostage-taliban-trump-e6a4d42edc25f290552a5e2ad21f8889\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adam Boehler<\/a>, the administration&rsquo;s envoy for<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/american-freed-taliban-captivity-speaks-thank-god-back-white-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> hostage<\/a> affairs, said talks with Kuwait to free the Americans moved swiftly.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We flew out. We sat down with the Kuwaitis, and they said, &lsquo;Listen, no one&rsquo;s ever asked before at this level,&rdquo; to have Americans released, he said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;They&rsquo;ve been extremely responsive, and their view is the United States is a huge ally.
