punched her in the face; shoved her; broke a phone, laptop, and TV set in their home; and terrorized her children, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/another-protective-order-filing-against-deported-maryland-man-championed-dems-surfaces\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;At this point, I am afraid to be close to him,&rdquo; Sura wrote in the police filing. &ldquo;I have multiple photos\/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he [has] left me.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>On top of these domestic-abuse records, a 2019 federal immigration court determined that Garcia &ldquo;is a verified member of MS-13&rdquo; who should not be released from custody.<\/p>\n<p>Several DHS sources have also confirmed to Fox News that Garcia was involved in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/dems-newest-folk-hero-linked-human-smuggler-will-still-defend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">human-trafficking<\/a>&nbsp;operations.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you disregard Abrego Garcia&rsquo;s membership in MS-13, his alleged involvement in human smuggling, and his domestic-abuse reports, he should still have been deported because he broke federal immigration laws by sneaking into the country.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Abrego Garcia is a MS-13 gang member, illegal alien from El Salvador, and suspected human trafficker. He was apprehended traveling with eight others without luggage after crossing into Texas en route to Maryland.<\/p>\n<p>The facts are clear: Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an undocumented foreign national who broke U.S. laws upon entry and has since faced multiple criminal accusations while here.
