the president noted.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, Trump directed Transportation Secretary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-admin-kicks-prosecutors-accidentally-leaked-doubts-legal-malpractice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sean Duffy<\/a> to take swift actions to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers who do not meet this language-proficiency requirement will be &ldquo;placed out-of-service,&rdquo;
