Champions of the fund point out that it&rsquo;s particularly beneficial to older adults, people with disabilities, veterans, and other vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Affordable housing is a necessity that all Pennsylvanians deserve easy access to,&rdquo; said prime sponsor Rep.
