FBI Director Kash Patel announced her arrest on social media, detailing that Dugan misdirected federal agents to prevent them from detaining an illegal alien, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, who was scheduled to appear in her court. Patel emphasized that Dugan&#8217;s actions posed an increased danger to the public, tho ICE agents where ultimately able to apprehend the individual.
