She dodges a sentence of up to 20 years in prison on each count, over a century of jail time. Her sentencing was scheduled for next month.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The evidence at trial demonstrated that Fiore promised donors that &lsquo;100% of the contributions&rsquo; would be used towards the construction of memorials for the fallen officers,&rdquo; a Justice Department <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/archives\/opa\/pr\/former-las-vegas-city-councilwoman-convicted-charity-fraud-scheme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">release said.<\/a> &ldquo;However, Fiore did not use any of the more than $70,000 in charitable donations she raised for the memorials.
