That&rsquo;s $66 million to potentially fund an unforeseen disaster &mdash; money that could be spent on real solutions to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/mass-stabbings-lady-mtg-goes-viral-brutal-takedown-anti-gun-uk-reporter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">real problems<\/a>. Instead, they&rsquo;re gambling with the planet&rsquo;s future.<\/p>\n<p>The arrogance of this plan is breathtaking. We&rsquo;re talking about altering the very sunlight that sustains life on Earth.
