The representative went on to call on the department&rsquo;s Office of Civil Rights to investigate and hold the district &ldquo;accountable under federal law.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I join President Trump in his commitment to protect our nation&rsquo;s girls and daughters. This Far Left woke ideology has no place in our communities,&rdquo; Stefanik wrote. &ldquo;I look forward to working together to enforce President Donald Trump&rsquo;s agenda and hold education institutions and governing bodies like the Saratoga Springs City School District Board of Education accountable.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The SSCSD includes six elementary schools, a single middle school, and one high school. These schools are also compliant with the New York State Board of Regents&rsquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saratogaschools.org\/about-us\/equity-inclusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"diversity, equity, and inclusion\">diversity, equity, and inclusion<\/a> framework.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/sports\/3375352\/lebron-james-mattel-first-male-athlete-kenbassador\/\"><strong>LEBRON JAMES BECOMES MATTEL&rsquo;S FIRST MALE ATHLETE &lsquo;KENBASSADOR&rsquo;<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Maine was the first state targeted by the <span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Departments of Education and Justice. Attorney General Pam Bondi left the door open to pursue&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3381753\/bondi-announces-doj-lawsuit-maine-trans-sports\/\" target=\"_blank\">California and Minnesota<\/a><\/span> as well.<\/p>\n<p>Even though Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) acknowledged that&nbsp;transgender&nbsp;athletes make women&rsquo;s sports &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/restoring-america\/fairness-justice\/3339193\/newsom-transgender-athletes-womens-sports-deeply-unfair\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deeply unfair<\/a>,&rdquo; his state continues to facilitate them.
