On Wednesday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said he was joined by top prosecutors in Montana as well as other states to challenge Biden\u2019s ban on Keystone XL.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Once again, I\u2019m taking on this reckless administration as they seek to destroy people\u2019s livelihoods.
