He appointed the most <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-supreme-court-lifts-lower-courts-block-of-investigations-of-transgender-procedures-as-child-abuse\/\" title=\"Texas Supreme Court Lifts Lower Court\u2019s Block Of Investigations Of Transgender Procedures As Child Abuse\">appeals court judges<\/a> to the ninth circuit, 10, covering Alaska, Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Northern Mariana Islands, Oregon, and Washington; the eleventh circuit, six, covering Alabama, Florida, and Georgia; and the sixth circuit, six, covering Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee.<\/p>\n<p>Several district judges appointed by Biden and former president Barack Obama who have handed Trump unfavorable rulings have been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3353219\/judge-ruling-against-trump-history-james-boasberg-tanya-chutkan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">assigned to more than one case<\/a> targeting his administration&rsquo;s actions, including U.S. District Judge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3353353\/james-boasberg-dc-judge-impeachment-trump-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">James Boasberg<\/a>.
