Kirkpatrick condemned Redmond&rsquo;s actions.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/senior-customs-border-patrol-official-charged-scheme-defraud-fema-lying-federal-agents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">awash in federal programs fraud<\/a>,&rdquo; said Acting U.S. Attorney Lisa D.
