He has been seen in public a few times and <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JoeBiden\/status\/1886569649275335018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"met\">met<\/a> with new Democratic National Committee Chairman Ken Martin in February.<\/p>\n<p>His speech Tuesday comes weeks after an NBC News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/joe-biden\/bidens-want-back-in-rcna196956\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"report\">report<\/a> that Biden wants to help the Democratic Party and its leadership in a bigger way than he has been since he was sidelined after withdrawing his bid for reelection in July 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Democratic insiders don&rsquo;t seem thrilled with Biden&rsquo;s return. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-reemerges-for-national-speech-as-trumps-popularity-dips\/\" title=\"... for national ... as ...&#039;s ... dips\">survey found 53% believed<\/a> the economy was getting worse compared to only 28% who said they believed it was getting better.
