The House speaker considered it &ldquo;shameful&rdquo; how 208 Democratic lawmakers voted against it, arguing that they voted to &ldquo;allow illegal aliens to decide American elections&rdquo; when casting their vote.<\/p>\n<p>Going forward, Johnson expressed hope that at least seven Democratic senators will &ldquo;come to their senses&rdquo; and join all the Republicans in supporting the bill.
