Raked In More Than  Million Last Year: Report\">fundraising platform<\/a> ActBlue, which is under scrutiny for potential donation fraud. The complaint claims that Crockett&#8217;s campaign failed to disclose the identity of a contributor and accepted contributions in another person&#8217;s name. Specifically, it alleges that her campaign received $610 from 56 transactions made by a 73-year-old retiree who was reportedly unaware of these donations. The complaint suggests a broader pattern of using unsuspecting donors, particularly elderly individuals, to obscure the true sources of campaign funding and raise concerns about possible illegal contributions. The FEC has acknowledged receipt of the complaint and is currently investigating the matter. Creator Doug Ellin: Will Smith a &#039;Classic Narcissist&#039;\">allegedly unaware<\/a> of the donations.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The evidence suggests ActBlue has been providing thousands of dollars of contributions to Democratic candidates in the names of unsuspecting elderly people in order to allow recipients such as Rep. Crockett to shield the true source of the funds and potentially accept excessive or otherwise illegal contributions,&rdquo; the complaint said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The Federal Election Commission (&lsquo;FEC&rsquo;), on the basis of this clear evidence, should open an investigation into both Rep. Crockett and ActBlue&rsquo;s larger scheme, which has been persuasively linked to money laundering for hundreds of millions of dollars to Democratic candidates,&rdquo; the complaint added.<\/p>\n<p>Dan Backer, the lawyer who filed the complaint for the Coolidge Reagan Foundation told the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> the FEC had received the complaint and opened an investigation.
