School Board Chair Martha Witham&nbsp;told Blanchard. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m not gonna allow you to speak to school board personnel in any way.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;m not speaking to them. I&rsquo;m speaking to you guys,&rdquo; Blanchard replied. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m speaking to the board. I made that clear.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Blanchard then criticized Maine Principals&rsquo; Association President Kim Liscomb, an outspoken supporter of biological males in girls sports.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Nope, close enough,&rdquo; Witham said. &ldquo;You&rsquo;re done, Mr. Blanchard. You&rsquo;re done, Mr. Blanchard.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Concha recently wrote an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/opinion\/columnists\/3373832\/boys-in-girls-sports-stuff-of-insanity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">opinion piece<\/a> for the <em>Washington Examiner <\/em>about the &ldquo;insanity&rdquo; of the transgender athlete issue and said the majority of the country is on the same side.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We have an 80\/20 issue,&rdquo; Concha said. &ldquo;Where 80% of American voters, right, they support protecting women and banning biological men from competing against biological women in sports.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;And we have a Democratic governor of Maine saying, you know what, I&rsquo;m gonna take that 20% support side.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Maine Gov.
