The memo outlined the Trump administration&rsquo;s case for Khalil&rsquo;s deportation. That&rsquo;s what this case is about.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin told the <em>Associated Press<\/em> in a statement that the &ldquo;DHS did file evidence, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mayorkas-pushes-backlog-amnesty-for-over-1-million-illegals-facing-deportation\/\" title=\"Mayorkas Pushes &#039;Backlog Amnesty&#039; for over 1 Million Illegals Facing Deportation\">immigration court dockets<\/a> are not available to the public.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Rubio&rsquo;s memo included charges against at least one other person, but the names were blocked out.<\/p>\n<p>His lawyers acknowledged the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/04\/10\/nyregion\/khalil-rubio-testimony-deportation.html?campaign_id=9&amp;emc=edit_nn_20250411&amp;instance_id=152379&amp;nl=the-morning&amp;regi_id=251287128&amp;segment_id=195805&amp;user_id=cacf4b228705dfb5d9ecd5ab354cf678\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"> judge is unlikely to grant <\/a>Khalil&rsquo;s request, according to the <em>New York Times<\/em>.
