As a result, congressional Republicans have explored several options to counteract the rulings, including the No Rogue Rulings Act led by Rep. The Supreme Court, however, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3374144\/what-to-expect-supreme-court-trump-alien-enemies-act\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"stepped in\">stepped in<\/a> and overruled Boasberg. <\/p>\n<p>The issue of impeachment has divided Republicans, with House GOP leadership shying away from bringing it to a vote to open an inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>At least two Senate Republicans, Sens. During his first term alone, his policies had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-looks-to-upend-judicial-system-after-trumps-impeachment-demand\/\" title=\"GOP looks to upend judicial system after Trump&#039;s impeachment demand\">64 nationwide district court injunctions<\/a>, according to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/harvardlawreview.org\/print\/vol-137\/district-court-reform-nationwide-injunctions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harvard Law Review<\/a>. In comparison, former President George W. Bush had six total injunctions, former President Barack Obama had 12, and former President Joe Biden had 14 injunctions to thwart his agenda.<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/house-judiciary-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">House Judiciary Committee<\/a>&nbsp;held a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-judiciary-committee-spars-over-impeachment-of-federal-judges\/\" title=\"... over impeachment of ...\">joint subcommittee hearing<\/a> last week on judicial overreach which saw lawmakers clashing over threats to impeach the judges.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing led by Issa convened to examine the constitutional limits of the judicial branch.
